Business Development Manager

  • execution of the sales plan and delivery of leads in accordance with the set targets
  • actively acquire new customers and build a network of contacts
  • preparation and negotiation of commercial offers
  • cooperation with other departments of the company to ensure the best quality of services
  • representation of the company at conferences and industry meetings
  • identifying and defining customer needs and advising on proposed products
  • gaining knowledge about the company and its products
  • you have a minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience
  • you can organize your work well and know how to work under time pressure
  • you are results-oriented and goal-oriented
  • you are characterized by creativity and independence in dealing with customers
  • you easily establish lasting business relationships
  • you have a proactive approach to achieving goals and excellent organizational skills
  • you have sales and negotiation skills
  • you are able to work in a team as well as independently
