Definitions

The following capitalized terms used in this document shall have the following meanings:

  • PMR or Administrator – PMR Ltd. Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Krakow, ul. Królewska 57-081, KRS No. 0000057694
  • PMR Website – pmrmarketexperts.com
  • User – a person using the PMR Website, including a person providing data for the purpose of communication with PMR or downloading materials from the PMR Website
Data controller
  1. Data Controller The following provisions outline PMR’s approach to the purposes and methods of using, securing, and storing personal and company data. Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (OJ L 119/1, 4/05/2016, hereinafter the “Regulation” or “GDPR”), we present below information on the processing of Users’ personal data and their rights related to such processing.

    Types of Data Collected
  3. Automatically collected information about Users includes, among others:

    3.1 identifiers of the telecommunications network or IT system used by the User;

    3.2 information about the start, end, and scope of each use of PMR products and/or services and the PMR Website;

    3.3 internet protocol (IP) address used to connect to the Internet;

    3.4 browser type and version, operating system type and version;

    3.5 URL address from which the User accessed the PMR Website;

    3.6 geographic data, behavior on the site, location, and User interests;

    3.7 information on the status of orders for free materials when ordered via forms on the site.
  4. Automatically collected information includes cookies (stored on the computer’s hard drive when visiting the PMR Website; used for session storage, page customization, displaying ads on other sites, and generating statistics. The website may not function properly with cookies disabled). The cookie policy is detailed later in this document.
  5. Voluntarily provided information is collected when:

    5.1 filling out forms (e.g., contact, registration, material order);

    5.2 submitting inquiries about products and/or services via the website;

    5.3 ordering more detailed information about products and/or services;

    5.4 signing up for newsletters;

    5.5 subscribing to other materials (e.g., articles, market info), notifications, and promotional or informative distributions;

    5.7 using other similar functionalities made available on the PMR Website by the Administrator.
  6. Registering and completing forms on the PMR Website is voluntary. Not providing personal data does not prevent the use of the Website but disables ordering or downloading free materials.
  7. Personal or company data that Users may be asked to provide include: email address, first and last name, job title, company, website, industry, address, city, zip code, country, phone number, and industries of interest.
  8. The Administrator will process the data specified in point 3, and related data in point 7, as well as any other data voluntarily provided by the User.

    Purpose of collection, use and security of data
  9. Purpose, Use, and Security of Data Personal data, regardless of how obtained, will be used for the following purposes:

    9.1 responding to inquiries submitted via contact data on the site and related correspondence (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR);

    9.2 conclusion and performance of contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), including delivery of ordered products, services, or materials;

    9.3 fulfilling Administrator’s legal obligations to state institutions (e.g., tax offices, social insurance) (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);

    9.4 internal analytics and reporting by the Administrator for operational improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);

    9.5 with User’s consent: direct marketing of Administrator’s or business partners’ products/services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);

    9.6 pursuing or defending against legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  10. PMR has a data protection policy. No information provided to PMR is shared with third parties outside those controlled by PMR owners/management unless necessary for the stated purposes or required by law. These data are not sold, exchanged, or rented to third parties. PMR ensures data is secured from unauthorized access.
  11. Free Materials and Subscriptions Subscription to free digital materials, newsletters, and other communications is voluntary and occurs upon consent by submitting an email address and other requested details in the appropriate forms.
    Period of storage of personal data
  12. Retention Period User personal data will be retained:

    12.1 for the duration of cooperation/correspondence with the Administrator;

    12.2 for Users representing PMR’s business partners, for the duration of cooperation and for the period necessary to protect the Administrator’s rights;

    12.3 where based on consent – until revoked;

    12.4 while the User’s account on the PMR Website is active.
  13. Data may be retained beyond these periods as required by law or necessary for legal claims.

    Data Recipients
  14. Data Recipients Personal data may be disclosed to persons working with the Administrator or external providers (e.g., accounting or IT services). They may also be disclosed to public authorities (e.g., tax offices, courts).

    • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
    • Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  17. Users also have the right to unsubscribe from PMR communications at any time by emailing marketing@pmrcorporate.com or using the unsubscribe link in each mailing.
  18. Right to Lodge a Complaint Users may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe their data is processed in violation of GDPR.
  19. Privacy Policy Updates This Privacy Policy may change without notice. The current version is always available on the PMR Website.
  20. Acceptance of Terms By using this site, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use pmrmarketexperts.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  21. Limitation of Liability PMR is not liable for any errors or decisions based on the information presented on the PMR Website or materials. Information is based on PMR’s analyses and reliable data sources.
